WAXING

  • Hair should be at least 1/4 inch long (about the size of a grain of rice), which usually means no shaving for at least 2–3 weeks before your appointment.

  • There’s some discomfort, especially for first-timers, but it gets easier over time. We use high-quality wax and techniques to minimize pain.

  • Every 4–6 weeks is ideal. Regular waxing weakens the hair follicle, producing finer and sparser hair growth.

  • Yes, but you may be more sensitive. Please wear a tampon or menstrual cup if you’re getting a bikini or Brazilian wax.

  • Gently exfoliate the day before, avoid caffeine and alcohol the day of, don’t shave, and wear loose-fitting clothing.

  • Avoid hot showers, saunas, and workouts for 24 hours. Wear breathable fabrics. Exfoliate 2–3 times a week starting 48 hours after your service. Moisturize regularly to prevent ingrown hairs.

NAILS

  • Timing varies based on the design, but plan for 60–90 minutes for most detailed sets.

  • We only work on natural nails or gel extensions created in-studio. Please arrive with bare nails unless noted otherwise.

  • Avoid harsh chemicals, wear gloves when cleaning, and use cuticle oil daily.

  • Yes, we love inspo! Just keep in mind that we’ll tailor it to your nail shape, health, and our unique style.

CURLY HAIR

  • I perform dry cuts on curly hair—no product, raw, and in its natural state. This helps me see your crown for what it is and the story it tells.

  • Yes. Hair that’s deep conditioned regularly is more manageable, softer, and less prone to breakage and frizz. You should be doing this weekly.

  • Do what works with your time, but diffusing helps seal in your style and is gentler on your hair. Your curls will thank you.

  • Not everyone likes being filmed, and I totally respect that. Social media is a part of my business, and before/after shots help it grow—but if you prefer your face not be shown, we’ll find a way to pose you comfortably.

LASHES

  • With proper care, lash extensions last 2–4 weeks. Regular fills are recommended every 2–3 weeks.

  • No. Mascara can break down the adhesive. Use only lash-safe cleansers and brushes.

  • Not when applied and cared for correctly. Avoid rubbing or pulling on them.

  • Yes. Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes for the best results and retention.

  • A lash lift is a semi-permanent treatment that lifts and curls your natural lashes from the base, creating the appearance of longer, fuller lashes—no extensions or mascara needed! It’s a great option for anyone wanting to enhance their natural lashes with minimal maintenance.

  • Results typically last 6 to 8 weeks, depending on your natural lash cycle and aftercare. As your lashes naturally shed and grow, the lift gradually relaxes. Regular maintenance appointments are recommended to keep your lashes looking their best.

  • A lash tint darkens your natural lashes using a safe, semi-permanent dye. It's ideal for people with lighter lashes who want a mascara-like look without the daily application. Tinting is often combined with a lash lift for a more dramatic effect.

  • Brow lamination smooths, lifts, and sets your brow hairs in place to create a fuller, more defined, and uniform look. It’s perfect for taming unruly brows or achieving that “fluffy brow” style. The results last about 4 to 6 weeks.

  • When done correctly and professionally, these treatments are safe and gentle. I use high-quality products designed to protect and nourish your natural lashes and brows during the process.

COLORIST

  • Vivid colors typically last 3–6 weeks depending on your routine, your starting shade, and the color used. I’ll walk you through what to expect.

  • Yes. Vivids are semi-permanent and fade slowly with each wash. Use cold water and sulfate-free shampoo to extend vibrancy.

  • It depends on your starting color, hair history, and goal. Going blonde safely may take a few sessions—we’ll go over all the details during your consultation.

  • Expect root touch-ups every 6–8 weeks and toning every 4–6 weeks. You’ll also need good at-home care to maintain the tone and health of your hair.

MAKEUP

  • We use a range of high-quality, professional-grade brands that are skin-safe and suitable for all skin tones and types.

  • Most looks take between 60–90 minutes, depending on complexity and occasion.

FACIALS

  • We offer customized facials tailored to your skin goals—deep cleansing, anti-aging, hydrating, and acne treatments, plus skin analysis with every session.

  • Avoid retinoids, exfoliants, or active skincare products 48 hours before your appointment. If you’re using prescription skincare, let us know in advance.

  • It’s a non-invasive exfoliation that removes dead skin cells to improve tone, texture, and brightness. It helps with fine lines, acne scars, and uneven texture.

  • A chemical peel uses a solution to gently resurface your skin. It improves tone, fades dark spots, and smooths texture. Peels vary in strength and are tailored to your skin.

  • It depends on the peel. Some light peels cause no visible peeling. I’ll let you know what to expect and how to care for your skin afterward.

  • Wait at least 24 hours before applying makeup—especially after more intensive treatments like peels or microdermabrasion.

  • Hydrate, use SPF 30+, avoid exfoliants for 3–5 days, don’t pick your skin, and use gentle skincare. Proper aftercare protects your skin and enhances results.
